Registration & Withdrawal

Welcome to Inglewood!
 
Students who are new to Lake Washington School District and will be attending Inglewood Middle School must verify their address to confirm that they are in the Inglewood area. Please verify your address on the Lake Washington website here.
 
New student registration is now available onlinePlease visit the LWSD Registration page for online registration.

The school district uses various forms to track important health information about students in the district. These forms provide information for school nurses that is critical to the safety, health and wellness of all students and staff. Please visit the LWSD Website here for more information.
 
If you need assistance with registration during the summer, please email registrar@lwsd.org.
 
Paper forms can be dropped off at the front desk of the LWSD Resource Center (16250 NE 74th Street, Redmond, WA 98052), 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday.

Moving or leaving Lake Washington School District during the school year?

If you are withdrawing your student from Inglewood Middle School, please let us know by sending an email with the following information to Angela Murphy, our registrar. 

  • Student first name and last name
  • Student birthdate
  • Name of school (public, private or home) your student will be attending.

Students will receive a check-out form on the morning of their last school day, which teacher will sign off. Students need to return their LWSD student district laptop, power cord, books, and any other items they may have checked out to the Inglewood Library.

Moving or leaving Lake Washington School District over the summer?

If you are withdrawing from the Lake Washington School District, please let us know by sending an email with the following information to registrar@lwsd.org:

  • Student first name and last name
  • Student birthdate
  • Lake Washington school your student is currently attending.
  • Name of school (public, private or home) your student will be attending

Families should also return LWSD student district laptops, power cords or books to the district Resource Center located at 16250 N.E. 74th St. in Redmond Town Center, Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
